These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and nn99 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), an international online entertainment platform accessible at https://nn99.cam.
nn99 operates as an English-language online casino, sportsbook and instant-game platform designed for players who wish to access international online gaming services. The Platform is built with Pakistani users in mind — offering PKR-denominated balances, English-language content, cricket and PSL-focused sports markets, and support services available in both English and Urdu during peak hours.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any feature of nn99, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement in full and agree to be bound by its terms without reservation. If you do not agree, you must not use this Platform.
Important: nn99 does not hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of this Platform is permitted under applicable local law. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes legal advice.
The following terms, where used in this Agreement, carry the meanings set out below:

| PKR | Pakistani Rupee — the primary display currency of this Platform. Internal processing currency may differ. |
| Wagering Requirement | The total amount a User must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. |
| Prohibited Jurisdiction | Any country or territory from which access to and use of nn99 is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law or by Platform policy. |

To register and maintain an Account on nn99, you must at all times satisfy every one of the following eligibility conditions:
Pakistani Users: The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation may restrict or prohibit online gambling. nn99 does not provide legal advice and cannot confirm whether your use of this Platform is lawful in your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for seeking independent legal guidance if you are uncertain.
Each User may hold only one Account on nn99. Duplicate, linked or shared accounts are strictly prohibited. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
nn99 reserves the right to require identity, age and address verification at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documentation typically includes a valid government-issued national identity card, passport or driving licence. Supporting proof-of-address documentation may also be required. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. You must notify nn99 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. nn99 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
Only one Account is permitted per individual, household address, shared device, shared IP address or shared payment method. Where duplicate accounts are detected, nn99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or game rounds, and confiscate any funds deposited or won through duplicate accounts.
Deposit methods available on nn99 are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah appear on this Platform for context and familiarity only. They do not constitute an endorsement by, or a financial partnership with, those institutions. You must use a payment method registered in your own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Platform and displayed in PKR at the point of deposit. Deposit limits may also be set voluntarily by the User through the responsible gambling tools at any time.
All Account balances are displayed in PKR. Where your payment method operates in a different currency, a conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the Platform at the time of transaction. Currency conversion rates and any applicable transaction fees are displayed before you confirm each deposit.
nn99 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of this Agreement. In such cases nn99 will make reasonable efforts to return the declined funds via the original payment method.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit on the Account, or to methods verified by the Platform as belonging to the Account holder. nn99 does not make payments to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
nn99 may require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Where KYC documents have not been provided, or where submitted documents are unsatisfactory, nn99 reserves the right to delay the withdrawal until verification is complete.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. nn99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times are estimates only and may be affected by KYC requirements, payment provider processing times or banking procedures. nn99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in PKR on the Platform. VIP tier members may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as set out in the applicable VIP programme terms.
Note: Any bonus funds remaining in your Account at the time of a withdrawal request that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Only real-money funds and bonus-derived winnings that have satisfied wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as published on the Platform at the time the offer is active. Where specific bonus terms conflict with this Agreement, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that bonus only.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution rates and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds are consumed before real-money funds when wagering, unless the Platform specifies otherwise.
nn99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus, and to void associated winnings, where the Platform reasonably determines that a User has abused the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-edge games to meet wagering requirements contrary to the spirit of a promotion, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other users.
Unclaimed or partially wagered bonus funds will expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.
Each game and betting market on nn99 operates according to its own individual rules, which are displayed within or alongside the game or market. By participating in any game or market you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
In the event of a technical error, malfunction, miscommunication or manifest pricing error affecting any game round or bet, nn99 reserves the right to void the affected transaction. No payout is due in respect of a bet or game round that has been affected by an error, regardless of the displayed outcome.
Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or competition in question — including Pakistan Cricket Board results for domestic cricket, the ICC for international fixtures, and the relevant football federation for football markets. In the event of a dispute, nn99's decision as to the correct settlement basis is final.
A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the Platform system and a confirmation reference is generated. Bets are not valid if the Platform system fails to register them due to connectivity issues on the User's side.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on nn99 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, audio and video material — is the intellectual property of nn99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted.
You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from this Platform without the prior express written consent of nn99.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nn99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if nn99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
nn99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by nn99's proven negligence, or for fraud, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the nn99 Support team via the Help Centre. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to standard KYC and withdrawal requirements.
nn99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where the Platform reasonably suspects: breach of this Agreement; fraud or money laundering; chargebacks or disputed transactions made in bad faith; failure to complete KYC; or provision of false registration information. In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, funds in the Account may be withheld.
Where an Account is closed by nn99 for reasons other than confirmed fraud, confirmed breach of this Agreement or regulatory requirement, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via a payment method consistent with their deposit history, subject to KYC completion.
nn99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users by a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the notified effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nn99 holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract. Pakistani users should note that Pakistani courts may apply Pakistani law to disputes involving Pakistani residents, independently of any choice-of-law clause in this Agreement.
